BIO

Sara Parker’s practice focuses primarily on representing insurance companies in complex environmental coverage disputes.   Sara routinely provides insurance coverage advice and successfully defends insurers through all phases of litigation.  Sara’s practice also includes civil defense litigation where she defends clients in transportation and vehicular negligence claims, including underinsured/uninsured motorist and PIP matters.  Sara has successfully defended large corporations in products liability and premises liability cases.  In addition, she has significant appellate experience, including drafting writs and appeals, and petitions for review. 

Sara is passionate about great food and wine and she and her family often spend their spare time in Northern California’s wine regions.  She also enjoys the arts, cooking and hiking in the Pacific Northwest.
